In the Philip's curve the long run usually refers to the vertical line and the rate of unemployment the short run Philips curve denotes inflation and is in L shaped and the relationships indicates the trade-off between the inflation and the unemployment

Explanation:

This curve in general shows the relationship between the rate of increase in the nominal wages and the rate of unemployment and usually lower the rate of inflation higher will be the wages allotted and it will be the vice versa

There will be a shift in the Philips curve when there is a hike in the oil prices abroad and this will cause the curve to shift leftwards so in the long run it will indicate the unemployment rate and in the short run it will indicate the inflation rate

spayn [35]

Answer:

A. the assimilation process.

Explanation:

It is correct to state that the period of time in which people start a new job, adjust and settle down is called the assimilation process, which corresponds to a process in which the individual adapts to changes that will impact their way of living in society.

A new job, therefore, is an example of an assimilation process as a company has its own rules and regulations that an individual will have to assume when gaining a new position. Therefore, there is assimilation and adaptation to the new environment, rules and interpersonal relationships.

larisa86 [58]

Answer:

The correct answer is 3,175,300.

Explanation:

According to the scenario, the computation of the given data are as follows:

We can calculate the number of shares by using following formula:

Number of shares = [ Outstanding + ( Additional share × Months) + ( Additional share × Months)] × 1+Dividend

By putting the value, we get

= [2,600,000 + (280,000 × 6/12) + (280,000 × 3/12)] × 1.13

= [ 2,600,000 + 140,000 + 70,000 ] × 1.13

= 3,175,300

konstantin123 [22]

Answer:

a. $23

b. $184,000

c. $506,000

Explanation:

a. The computation of Per unit mineral cost is shown below:-

Cost of land                              $1,190,000

Add: Restoration obligation     $90,000

Add: Development cost           $200,000

Less: Resale value of property $100,000

Total cost of land                       $1,380,000

Total estimated tons of minerals 60,000

Per ton mineral cost                    $23

b. The computation of Total material cost is shown below:-

Ending inventory = Total mined tons - Sold tons

= 30,000 - 22,000

= 8,000

Cost of ending inventory = Ending inventory × Cost per ton

= 8,000 × $23

= $184,000

c. The computation of Total materials cost in cost of goods sold is shown below:-

Cost of goods sold = Total units Sold × Cost per ton

= 22,000 × $23

= $506,000
