Well 3 is over the 14 so 3 divided by 14 equals a rounded off .20   and  -3 1/2    would be - 3.5 so -3.5 x   -0.7   :) Hope this helps :) Im sorry i was so late with the equation :/

Can someone pls help w finding the x and y intercepts of this? <br><br> y=x^2-2x
AysviL [449]

Answer:

<u>y-intercept</u><u> </u><u>is</u><u> </u><u>0</u><u>,</u><u> </u><u>x-intercept</u><u> </u><u>is</u><u> </u><u>0</u><u> </u><u>and</u><u> </u><u>1</u>

Step-by-step explanation:

For y-intercept, x=0 :

{ \tt{y =  {(0)}^{2} - 2(0) }} \\ { \tt{y = 0}}

For x-intercept, y=0 :

{ \tt{0 =  {2x}^{2} - 2x }} \\ { \tt{2x(x - 1) = 0}} \\ { \tt{x = 0 \:  \: and \:  \: 1}}

Il perimetro di un rettangolo è 126 cm. La base è i tre quarti dell'altezza. Mi potreste dire come procedere?
Oksana_A [137]

Answer:

w = 36 cm

L = 27 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

I am translating and I see that perimeter of rectangle is 126 cm and the base (assuming Length) is (3/4) the height.

P = 2(l+w)

126=2((\frac{3}{4} w)+w)

Divide both sides by 2, so you get

(3/4)w+(4/4)w=(126/2)

(7w/4)=63

Multiply both sides by 4,

7w=252, then divide both side by 7,

w = 36, Width is 36 cm, so Length is (3/4), which is L = 27 cm
