Well 3 is over the 14 so 3 divided by 14 equals a rounded off .20   and  -3 1/2    would be - 3.5 so -3.5 x   -0.7   :) Hope this helps :) Im sorry i was so late with the equation :/

I got -0.75. But is that a 3 and 1/2 or just 3?
