it was another day of work as it always was, you woke up and went to your office job at the world trade center in New York on 9/11 not knowing what that day would bring, you park your car as you always do and walk inside and take the elevator to the 98th floor. you go sit down at your desk arriving at 6 a.m and you begin working, your day goes on like normal. Until exactly 8:45 a.m a plane crashes into the 80th floor 18 floors below you, and you immediately feel the building shake, scared you run to the elevator and they arent working! you run to the phone to call the bottom floor to ask what happened and nobody picks up but all 6ou can hear is screaming, screaming coming from the floors below. as fear fills your heart you go to call 911 not knowing what to do, they tell you they don't know what happened they think a plane had just accident crashed and everyone would survive. little did they know 18 minutes later a plane crashed into the 60th floor and at that moment the entire building starts to shake. the top feels like it's going to go down at any minute, people are scurrying around you, and then you see someone break a window with a chair and you start seeing people jump out in an effort to save their lives. as smoke takes over the building you being to not be able to breathe anymore. in fear you call your family for the last time knowing you wont make it out alive. you make your last call to your family as the building collapses just 15 minutes after the second plane hit, ending in thousands of casualties.
