Answer:

well let's begin

it was another day of work as it always was, you woke up and went to your office job at the world trade center in New York on 9/11 not knowing what that day would bring, you park your car as you always do and walk inside and take the elevator to the 98th floor. you go sit down at your desk arriving at 6 a.m and you begin working, your day goes on like normal. Until exactly 8:45 a.m a plane crashes into the 80th floor 18 floors below you, and you immediately feel the building shake, scared you run to the elevator and they arent working! you run to the phone to call the bottom floor to ask what happened and nobody picks up but all 6ou can hear is screaming, screaming coming from the floors below. as fear fills your heart you go to call 911 not knowing what to do, they tell you they don't know what happened they think a plane had just accident crashed and everyone would survive. little did they know 18 minutes later a plane crashed into the 60th floor and at that moment the entire building starts to shake. the top feels like it's going to go down at any minute, people are scurrying around you, and then you see someone break a window with a chair and you start seeing people jump out in an effort to save their lives. as smoke takes over the building you being to not be able to breathe anymore. in fear you call your family for the last time knowing you wont make it out alive. you make your last call to your family as the building collapses just 15 minutes after the second plane hit, ending in thousands of casualties.

After the optimism of the Renaissance, neoclassical writers strived for structure, order, and balance. The cultural trend change
Phantasy [73]

According to Zygmunt BaumanIt we live in a liquid world, that is we are overwhelmed by information, relationships are not mostly meant to last, things change at a pace never seen before by humans, having said this, our literary culture is bombarded by mass produced literature, for instance the Twilight saga and the Harry Porter saga which by themselvesis not bad but it seems that people compete to say how many book they have read, but the question is how many books have they really read? Although I wouldn't change much of the writying style, I don't think there is a general school of writing nowadays so anyone can be romantic, barroque, neoclassic, moden, what suits them, but the approach to reading for details and cross reference to traditional and classic must be preserved. There is no denial that more people read now but they need to be taught how to read critically and challenge the classic tropes, but not by enacting newer tropes, for instance I am yet to see a prodigalson story emphasising and redeeming the older brother.

The government cannot have a say on cultural matters, the max they can do is help promote new artists.

It certainly differs to the mass production approach of publishers, as everyboidey else they need money so it is understandable that they encourage this liquid approach to reading, the faster you read, the more books you will buy, so although we have analysed the phenomenom it is difficult to pass a final judgement on how things ought to be.
