However, as his research progresses, he begins to consider an opposing viewpoint that proposes, in some cases, that "honesty can prove to be harmful and even destructive." Answer: b. dialectical thinking.

Explanation:

Dialectical thinking is a way of reasoning in which the person thinks and synthesis the two opposing viewpoints on the same situation, topic or object. The dialectical thinking is a feature of one's cognitive ability.

The dialectical thinking is supported by the new experiences and interpersonal interaction with the daily life situations.

According to the given situation, here, Aldrich is showing a change in opinion about the same topic. This is the outcome of the dialectical thinking which has been generated due to comparison between previously known facts that honesty is a best policy but honesty is not always beneficial for the person thus has created two opposing view points. This is the outcome of development of the cognitive flexibility.

What similarities and differences do you see between the US declaration of independence and the Confederate Declaration of Indep
Nutka1998 [239]
The Declaration of Independence was written to justify breaking away from a government, but the Constitution and Bill of Rights were written to build one. The Declaration of Independence has never been changed, although the Constitution has been changed 27 times. While the Declaration of Independence declared the United States to be an independent nation, the Constitution established guidelines and standards for how the government should run and function. The Continental Congress amended the Declaration of Independence, which was written by Thomas Jefferson.

From what we know about cells, we can conclude that genes need to express something (eliminating B), but they cannot express everything (eliminating D). I also don't think that the gene expression changes during cell division, although I could be wrong on that one.
