The lowest spot on the Earth's surface is in the "Challenger Deep", a part of the "Mariana Trench", located under the Pacific Ocean about 200 miles southwest of the Island of Guam, and 36,070 feet below sea level.

The lowest place on dry land on the Earth's surface is the shoreline of the Dead Sea, on the international border between Israel and Jordan, at 1,411 feet below sea level.

The lowest place in the USA is in California, in a place whose name Brainly won't allow me to post.  It's 282 feet below sea level.
