Donna Purchased fabric to make a purse . She used 3/4 yard of fabric which was 2/3 of the total fabric she bought . The equation

2/3length = 3/4 represents the length in yards of the fabric that donna bought. How much fabric did donna buy

1.125 yards of fabric. To do this you need to divide .75 or 3/4 by 2 because .75 is 2/3 what you had. multiply .75/2 which is .375 and multiply it by 3 which then becomes 1.125 yards which is your answer. Don't forget the label!!! :)
