You can place in the blank just about any infinitive verb or verb phrase appropriate to the context.
"A Jorge le gusta bocetar en la clase de inglés": Jorge (George) likes to draw in English class.
Or as a verb phrase,
A Jorge le gusta tomar notas en la clase de inglés: Jorge (George) likes to take notes in English class.

You can of course place in a blank of any word appropriate of context if you prefer, but those are just some examples of what you could use that works. If it has to be specific I'd agree with the other answer too.
