Answer:

As, Mean is defined as sum of all observations divided by total number of observations.

And, Mean absolute Deviation is defined as Sum of absolute differences of each data from mean divided by total number of observation.

The greater the Mean absolute deviation ,greater the dispersion.

As, mean of all the three patients are different , as well as mean absolute deviation.

Option 1: Dr. Appiah’s patients’ ages vary less than do Dr. Singh’s patients’ ages.

As, you can also say that Option 3 , can be also true, which is Dr. Cantwell’s patients’ ages and Dr. Singh’s patients’ ages vary about the same amount because there is little bit of difference in Mean absolute deviation of Dentist Cantwell and Singh.

But, only Option 1: is completely true.

If there is 45 ml of milkshake left .She used 1 part strawberry cream to 4 parts milk .How many ml of milk is left?
Debora [2.8K]

Given:

Remaining milkshake = 45 ml

She used 1 part strawberry cream to 4 parts milk.

To find:

The remaining amount of milk.

Solution:

It is given that, she used 1 part strawberry cream to 4 parts milk. It means the ratio of strawberry cream and milkshake is 1:4.

Let the remaining amount strawberry cream be x and the remaining amount of milk is 4x. Then,

x+4x=45

5x=45

x=\dfrac{45}{5}

x=9

Now, the remaining amount of milk is:

4x=4(9)

4x=36

Therefore, the remaining amount of milk is 36 ml.

Answer:

ln 2.

Step-by-step explanation:

One of the rules of logarithms is

Clark used the order of operations to find the unknown number in 15-12÷3=n what is the value of the unknown number?
lukranit [14]
The order of operations is:

Parenthesis
Exponent
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction

So division comes first:

\sf 15-12\div 3=n

\sf 15-4=n

Now subtraction:

\boxed{\sf n=11}
