I hope the chart above makes sense.  If not, plot the points as follows:

• for the top section, (-2, -4), (-3, -4), (-4, -4) ... draw an arrow to -∞
• for the middle section, (-2, -4), (0, 0), (2, 4) then connect them
• for the bottom section, (2, 4), (3, 4), (4, 4) ... draw an arrow to ∞
