It's important to keep up heart health because your heart is one of the most important organs in the body and without out it there is a 100% chance that you will die.

Having a healthy heart will lower the risk of heart disease, heart attack, and even stroke.

Not sure exactly what the actual work was. The only calculation I had to do, was the percentage of calories from the burger, to the diet (560 of 2,000)
