Find it scary and difficult to be with other people, especially those they don’t already know, and have a hard time talking to them even though they wish they could

It causes me EXTREME anxiety because in real life, I am not a very confident person, and I seem to doubt myself alot. I always wonder what people think about me and if I will ever be seen as there equal.
