Con: the constitution isn't specific and can in turn be used to validate improper things for example if the constitution doesn't specify and what a president show be like and states that anyone born in specific country and over the age of 36 can be president this means even criminals can be president which is a major con.

Pro: there is more diverse ideas to be heard because the constitution doesn't restrict people beliefs for example: A Muslim, Christian, atheist, agnostic, Buddhist person,etc can be president because the constitution doesn't restrict it and allows the free speech.
