Why is truth important??
lina2011 [118]

Answer:

Truth is important bc without truth everybody would be lying and scamming, stealing. The court would also be lying and criminals wouldnt be punished bc they wouldnt be telling the truth. Also everybody needs truth to be able to trust each other and nobody would  be able to be trusted.

Explanation:

Truth is very important we need it to be able to help the community, trust each other, and find out the liar and the innocent. Hope this helps have a good day! :D

How do you judge Queen Gertrude by the end of Act 1? Is she guilty of anything?
Usimov [2.4K]

Answer:

Whether Gertrude is guilty or complicit in the death of her husband is not conclusive, because the text does not say explicitly. But there are a few indicators that suggest that she is not completely innocent. First, when the ghost speaks, it says that incest and adultery have taken place.

This may suggest to us that Gertrude is guilty of adultery, incest and/or murder, and so sinful that she is not permitted to see her husband's ghost.
