                                                   = \frac{1}{50}

                                                  = 1 : 50

a. 2 unpopped out of 75 kernels  = \frac{2}{75}

                                                       = 2 : 75  This is not a match

b. 2 unpopped out of 200 kernels = \frac{4}{200}

                                                         = \frac{1}{50}

                                                         = 1 : 50   This is same

c. 1 unpopped out of 50 kernels = \frac{1}{50}

                                                     = 1 : 50 This is also same

So b and c has the same ratio of unpopped to total kernels as Jack's popcorn.
