creative arts is more on the creativeness or artistic view of a piece created by artists mainly by appreciating and enjoying the liveliness of the piece (nature,mural, portraits, etc ), while visual arts is more on giving feelings, emotions, expressions through photography, sculpting, ceramics. although, nowadays, a huge number of creative/fine arts has composed some other types of activites that can be under visual arts.
