It is really important to have a schedule that the children know they can follow. And eating and the socialization that takes place during the dinner time is the most important thing a family can do together. I worked with deaf children and I know that this time is the most valuable time for a family. Money does not matter as long as a family has their basic needs covered. and father and mother in the home is important but if they are never spending time with their children then it does not help as much. Therefore, dinner time together as a family is the best thing you can do to keep a positive parental involvement.
