When working as a team the members need to trust each other because one person can't do it all and each and every person can help out in some way. And accountability because the team needs to know what happened and who did it so they can move forward and not make the same mistake again.

KATRIN_1 [288]

Answer:

The form of government that Kiara's country has is a direct democracy.

Explanation:

 • In a direct democracy, the citizens do not choose a representative, they rather opt to represent themselves by casting their opinion every single time it is needed to.
 • Running a direct democracy is only possible in countries that are small in size and host a small population.
 • Attempting to administer a direct democracy in a large country would create havoc as it would be impossible to arrange a referendum for every issue and take a large population to vote for it.

"The state has its origin in the desire of ruling elites to give permanence to social arrangements that benefit themselves." Thi
lilavasa [31]

Answer:

Conflict Theorists.

Explanation:

This statement states that a powerful group of elites created the institution of the state to maintain a status quo that exists to benefit themselves. As this is done by the use of power, both financial and political, it ignores the wishes of those who do not wield any power or influence, and the thought process behind this is stemming from an ideology which exists to fight for limited resources, this is synonymous with how Marx described the Conflict theory.
