Explanation:

Refusal: In one of the college friends party, I refused the offer of consuming alcohol, although my friends insisted me alot.

Negotiation: I negotiated the price of a bike, with the owner, although he was not convinced to sell that in such a low price which I put forward. As I make him realized that I have to make some modifications on it to utilize it better.

Conflict resolution: I sorted out the issue of disagreement between my two colleagues, I allowed them to put forward their problems and helped them to reach a similar conclusion and sorted out the argue.
