First you have to realize what triggers your anxiety, once you've figured that out come up with a couple of decisions make an action plan consider the use of your worrying Don't jump to conclusions..Think of the positive and negative but avoid black or white thinking but most of all don't forget about copping skills BREATH!!...meditate or pray,color/draw, write,even exercise is great...definitely don't let your emotional state cloud your judgement
