Business

Answer:

d.An increase in accounts receivable.

Explanation:

The current ratio is one of the liquidity ratios. It measures the company's ability to meet its current liabilities. The higher the ratio, the more financially healthy a company is. The calculation of the current ratio is by dividing current assets by current liabilities.

Current assets include inventory, cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, and prepaid expenses . Examples of current liabilities include accounts payable, accrued liabilities like dividend, and payroll, Short-term debt, and the current portion of long-term debt.

An increase in current liabilities increases the current ration. The bigger the numerator is over the denominator, the better the current ratio.

dedylja [7]

Answer:

$10,000

Explanation:

Probability that Bikul wrecks the car is 0.10

loss of wrecking the car is $100000

Therefore risk of wrecking the car = Probability x loss

risk = 0.10 x 100000 = 10,000

premium can be equated with risk, hence premium = $10000

The following information is available for Cornelius Inc.: Selected Income Statement Information Amount Net income $52,000 Depre
Airida [17]

Answer:

Net Cash Flows from Operating Activities Using Indirect Method is $71,825

Explanation:

In Cornelius Inc.:

Increase in Accounts receivable = $17,650 - $11,500 = $6,150

Decrease in Inventory = $27,825 - $33,800 = -$5,975

Increase in Accounts payable = $24,600 - $15,900 = $8,700

Cornelius Inc. uses the indirect method.

Net Cash Flows from Operating Activities = Net Income + Depreciation expense - Increase in Accounts receivable + Decrease in Inventory + Increase in Accounts payable = $52,000 + $11,300 - $6,150 + $5,975 + $8,700 = $71,825

Vaselesa [24]

One of the most important principle in this regard is the appropriate product history which effects the future demand of the product.

Explanation:

Demand forecasting is to make predictions and forecast the demand of the product that has been produced by a particular firm. Since the demand has to be forecasted and predicted, a lot o factors which might be controllable and might be uncontrollable factors have to be taken in mind to forecast the demand.

The things to be kept in mind in this regard are the history of the product where previous sales will affect the prediction of the future demand, the promotions of the product, the trends and so on.
