The Morrill-Land Grant provided free land from the federal government to build agricultural colleges. This grant program ensured the US was continuing technological advances in agriculture. In doing this it made sure the Mid-west had a viable economy and a place in the US economic system. Many colleges were built with a focus in agriculture, an example is Iowa State.
The War of 1812 was more of a draw than a victory. No territory or money was exchanged. It was a moral victory though for the U.S. By not losing to the British, we showed that we could compete on a global stage.
A using resources efficiently
You are going to look at all the numbers and see how many numbers are 0-9 and since there is only 1 number that is 0-9 you will look for the histogram that only shows a 1 for numbers 0-9. Do that for all the other numbers.
