i. They said if we make it illegal for people to buy alcohol then they will stop drinking it (This didn't happen)

i. Make it themselves - bad thing to do because you could make alcohol with a high percentage, alcohol poisoning
ii. Got their alcohol from organized crime
1. they would bootleg it in from other places then sell it
2. a lot of innocent people would be killed from the organized crime competition
