Restorative justice is a process in which the response to a crime is to organize a meeting between the victim and the offender and sometimes with representatives of the community.

The main principle behind restorative justice is to focus on fixing or restoring crimes that causes harm, the people affected by the crime should participate in its resolution and this may include apologies and other action to give to  those affected by the crime and prevent future occurrences.
