I am sorry to hear that your having a bad day today :( When I am having a bad day I like to take walks or go for a bike ride and listen to music or just lay down and stare at the ceiling. Sometimes i watch my comfort movie and eat my comfort foods when I am sad as well. I try to cheer myself up by surrounding my self with positive things to block out the negativity.
