I wasn't eating correct or moving around alot during the shutdown and my body started gaining weight, when I would go to get up I would become short of breath and would feel my heart beating in my chest.

It affected me physically and mentally because my body was not at its peak performance and mentally because I knew I could do better and I didn't like feeling that way.
