His GPA should be 3.2 since a B in a app class would count as a A so it was be 4+4+4=12 and then Spanish is 3 and a D is one so it would be 4+4+4+3+1=16 and then divided by the number of classes he has so 16/5= 3.2 I say just go with B it’s the closest
