It is a program with the cooperation of Army and high schools to offer students improve their character education, success, health and wellness, leadership, diversity, geography, civics, and many more, in an environment with more disciplinary measures and rules. It is also an encouragement to the students to be able to explore and get interested in the military</span>

<span>Army JROTC used to be used as a source of enlisted officers for the military until it changed its role to teach morale leadership skills citizenship skills and educational skills; sure it still teaches some things that is used by the military but it is mostly used to help make students in high school and college better citizens than they used to be.</span>
