History

Because they owned every step of the process to make steel like for example they owned the mines to mine the iron. Then they would own a 2nd mine to mine the coal for the steel. Then they would own the factories to make the steal. That is a vertical monopoly so for shorting your answer you can say they owned the mines and the factories to make the steel.

How did martin lurthers ideas cause a shift in values in european society
MakcuM [25]

Explanation:

Martin Luther was the one who translated the Bible from Latin to German. This made it possible for everyone to read it, it made it much easier for people to think by themselves. By doing this Luther created a united language. Communication went on easier than before. He also simplified the Bible by writing the Catechisms, also this made it possible for more people to learn about the Bible. This only made his reputation stronger and people only started to believe more in his approach to religion[1].

Because of the reformation Luther created another choice for the people; there were now both a protestant church and a catholic church. This made it possible for people who had the same beliefs as Luther to break free from the Catholic Church and join his beliefs.

Martin Luther was also the one who put Christianity in a good light. He presented Christianity in a very good way which made people interested. If it wouldn’t have been for him the religion wouldn’t be as noticed as it is today. Christianity already existed but it wasn’t in the best shape. Luther saved the religion by the way he presented the Christian message. Thanks to him this is one of the biggest religions today.
