And it is very important to reduce stress. Exercising is very important because it is what keeps us healthy and fit. And make our bodies feel good after the exercise. If you have an animal, then you can take them on a walk whether it is a short walk or a long walk. It is also very important to keep hydrated because it is very easy to get dehydrated especially in the summer. You need to drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. Even if it is winter, it is still so easy to get dehydrated. Or you can drink sports drink to help you not get dehydrated or any kind of fluids. Eating healthy is also very important, sometimes it is very easy for people to not watch what they are eating. It can become a habit for people. Eating a lot of sugar can lead you to being a diabetic, which we should avoid. We should avoid eating added sugar or any sugar that could harm us in any way.

During her age between 15 and 18 years, she has had important emotional changes.

Among these emotional changes are:

1) Happiness: She gets quite happy when she goes out with her friends or with her boyfriend

2) Sadness: When she argues for some reason with her boyfriend, or with her friends, the day is a little sad and this may remain so for an indefinite time.

3) Resentment: She has a grudge for people who have tried to hurt her.

These emotional changes can be suffered by anyone, but are more critical during adolescence and requires the support of parents to know how to manage.
