This supervisor has violated the right of fair or equal treatment in a workplace.

Explanation:

The right to fair treatment within the workplace protects the employes of any discrimination against them because of their race, sex, nationality, disabilitys, physical characteristics, age, religion, etc...

So when in this case the supervisor demotes you because of one of the motives exposed above he is therefore infringing your right of fair or equal treatment in a workplace because your age and physical appeal shouldn't be a reason of a demotion of any kind.
