What is the cause of this. I broke my finger about a month and a half ago and now this showed up.

When your finger gets broken, that means the finger tissue is bruised and as a bruise, it takes awhile to heal. Your finger is just healing now.

When the finger was broke it made the nail beds come up and it has began to eat away the nail
