List AT LEAST THREE examples of how Mussolini kept complete control over how Italians got their information.
dmitriy555 [2]

Answer:

- controlling the newspapers

- threatening to the journalists

- controlling the radio and TV stations

Explanation:

Once Mussolini gained power in Italy he was quick to assure that he strengthens his position, eliminate the opposition, and get the people on his side. In order to do this Mussolini used several tactics. First, the fascist took control of two thirds of the newspapers in the country, so they had direct say in what was going to be published. The fascists also gained control of the majority of the radio and TV stations in Italy, so again they had their own say what was going to be said and showed on them. The newspapers, radio stations, and TV stations that were not under direct control were constantly threatened and monitored, with the journalists having their lives at stake if they published something against the government.

Why was steerage considered the worst accommodations on ships traveling from Europe to America?
Scrat [10]

The steerage accommodations were considered worst because they caused serious illness among the travelers.

Explanation:

Steerage was used as accommodation in ships for the passengers in the 1990's but it is considered as one of the worst accommodations because of several reasons. Steerage accommodation was the cheapest accommodation. The people of this accommodation were at the bottom of the ship and below the water level. The rooms had to be shared by the passengers and got very bad quality food and had to share washrooms. Also, the steerage accommodations were very dirty with no cleaning maintenance. What solution did the Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854 offer to the problem of savery? What were the consequences of that solution?
alexandr402 [8]
The solution the Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854 offered to the problem of slavery was to allow both states to determine their slave or free state status via popular vote. However, both states were widely uninhabited at the time of their admittance and thus a huge number of settlers from free and slave states swarmed upon the states to sway the vote in their favor. This resulted in tragedy in the form of attacks where free and slave supporters clashed in violent and oftentimes deadly confrontation.
