<span>There are two types of
family, we have the nuclear and extended. The nuclear family compose of the
parent and the children in one roof while the extended family composes the
nuclear family and the other relatives and kin living in the same roof. There
are disadvantages and advantages, for extended family, it might be a little
expensive but it can also develop a close knit relationship among the people
living in the same roof. For the nuclear family it can be less expensive however
the relationship with the relatives may not be that close compared to the
extended family.</span>

The idea of diversity incorporates acknowledgment and regard. It implies
understanding that every individual is special, and perceiving our individual
contrasts. These can be along the measurements of race, ethnicity, sex, financial
status, age, physical capacities, religious convictions, political convictions,
or different belief systems. When there are rules that protect the minority
right that shows that a society actually respects and regards diversity.
There are four major perspectives on motivation namely job design, process, content, and reinforcement. Job satisfaction also known as employee satisfaction is not included in the major perspective on motivation rather it is simply how content an individual is with his or her job, whether or not they like the job.
