We can get rid of depression by exercising for a least 15-30 mins everyday and nurture yourself with good nutrition meaning depression can affect appetite so eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals. Third, try to identify any situation that have contributed to your depression. When you know what’s got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Lastly, express yourself. With depression a persons creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination it can be through drawing, painting, dancing, singing etc) take time to play with your friend you or pet or do something fun for yourself. Lastly, if your a believe just like myself and you believe in God or any other religion , ask him to take our any sorrow you have.

Diagnosing disorders early can help you to be able to make important decisions while there is still time. If you find a disorder too late, you won't be able to do much about it. The problem is that you don't have all the information, which increases difficulty to accurately diagnose which disorder, such as dementia and amnesia.

Explain why this scenario requires definitive boundaries between the human services professional and his client.
Juliette [100K]

Within the human services profession, when both professionals and clients share common interests, clear boundaries are required to protect themselves, their clients, and the organizations in which they work.

What are the boundaries of social work?

Professional boundaries are a set of guidelines, expectations, and rules that set ethical and technical standards in social care settings. It's an important part of a customer retention strategy that should be established in the early stages of a relationship.

Why are boundaries important in human services?

 • As in all professions, social workers are expected to maintain important boundaries to ensure that the social worker-client relationship remains professional, even when dealing with difficult issues.
 • Relational work can create uncertainty about how you will carry out your roles and responsibilities. The professional boundary helps us understand this and can be described as "the boundary between what is and is not professionally acceptable within and outside of work."
 • However, earning their trust, confidence and respect when working with clients are important skills a social worker must use to facilitate a client's growth or change process.

What is CPR?

CPR is a cardiopulmonary resuscitation method of an emergency first aid tool used as a life-saving technique in case of heart attacks and drowning.

CPR is given to a person when the heart rate is very less and the pulse rate is very faint. The rate of the compression varies for age groups and should be given with a perfect rhythm and sync.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be given as 30 compressions and then artificial breath or ventilation in between followed by another 30 compressions.
