We can get rid of depression by exercising for a least 15-30 mins everyday and nurture yourself with good nutrition meaning depression can affect appetite so eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals. Third, try to identify any situation that have contributed to your depression. When you know what’s got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Lastly, express yourself. With depression a persons creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination it can be through drawing, painting, dancing, singing etc) take time to play with your friend you or pet or do something fun for yourself. Lastly, if your a believe just like myself and you believe in God or any other religion , ask him to take our any sorrow you have.

strojnjashka [21]

Answer:

  • The paralysis Charlotte is going through is an indication that the stroke affected the left side of the motor cortex
  • Alzheimer's disease is potentially connected to the degeneration of ACh- producing neurons
  • About epigenetics we can take into account certain experiences that she went through in her past and due to this some epigenetic markers  that would normally protect against Alzheimer's were no longer active.
  • Regarding plasticity we can say that it is a consequence of her age, given that the brain no longer has the capacity to produce neurons or rearrange itself in order to make up for the damage that the stroke caused.
