To ensure the separation of powers as well as to ensure the governments is effective and the citizens' rights. This means each branch has it's own powers and responsibilities, including working with the other branches.

Constantinopole was located in a geographic crossroad , its position was strategic and it´s still so for Turkey under its current name, Istambul.
