How do political parties affect society today
eduard
No matter what country you come from, political parties are always influencing the people in the society. Even more, some political parties of more powerful countries influence other countries also.

For starters, political parties can often cause polarization and division of people by giving some privileges to the followers of their own party. For example, in political systems with 2 major parties competing against each other, it is not rare that the party with more representatives has more power, and uses that power to attract even more followers by giving them and their family members work. Also, political parties have a huge influence through the media. It is absolutely clear that media can give the right information, but also manipulates viewers by censoring and selecting information, and politics, as one of the most-paid professions, can often manipulate the media by using their power. But, let’s not observe everything with negativity. There is one thing that often forget, and that is – us as individuals. We have the power to decide what we want or don’t want to believe in. We follow the media, from TV all the way to Twitter and Instagram, and politics is all around. We watch debates, we listen to interviews on the radio, we read about everything that politicians say and do – and it influences the way we think. If we look back to all the wars and genocides in the past – they were all caused by politics. You may label them as bad or good, but the truth is, there is always going to be someone who looks at it differently.

To sum up, politics changes the lives of all individuals, and has an impact on how we think and behave, but, at the end of it all, we are the ones who make the final decisions. Division and differences occur naturally, we just have to accept them.

What institution does Rachels quote to establish his claim that active euthanasia has been generally seen as immoral, while pass
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer:

The institution Rachels quotes to establish his claim that active euthanasia has been generally seen as immoral, while passive euthanasia is seen as acceptable is The American Medical Association.

Explanation:

In his "Active and Passive Euthanasia", James Rachels discusses the morality behind each of the concepts. In active euthanasia, someone would have to administer some sort of lethal drug for the patient to die, while in passive euthanasia, death happens by omission, by doing nothing and simply allowing someone to die. The American Medical Association considers active euthanasia "incompatible with the physician’s role as healer". It is the association's beliefe that, even if the patient does wish to die due to prolonged suffering and pain, euthanasia does "more harm than good".

Which impeachments seem politically motivated, while which were warranted?
Bess [88]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

We could say that most impeachments seem politically motivated. Yes, there could be arguments that support the impeachment, but behind it, there is always a political motive in which political parties and rivalries want retribution for things that happened during the presidential administrations.

Andrew Jackson had many political and personal differences with members of teh United States Congress. Bill Clinton had a number of considerable enemies in Congress and he made the worst of the mistakes telling lies.

And about Trump, well, Democrats were desperate to make him pay for everything he did before and during his presidency. Political rivalries, revenge, personal agendas. In the end, political motivations.
