Some aspects of the way the country is run are outlined in the Constitution. These were included both when the Constitution was written as well as in more recent years. However, not every detail is outlined in this document. Some rules and traditions are simply a part of habit or custom. Two of these customs are freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
