Answer:

This will depend on what type of illness the patient is complaining about, but overall you can look at an abnormal appearance on the patient's skin, a depleted appearance and movement difficulties.

Explanation:

In general, the disease is characterized as unhealthy, a state that upon reaching an individual causes disturbances of physical and mental functions. It may be caused by exogenous (external, environmental) or endogenous (internal, own) factors. Symptoms vary from one disease to another, but all cause extreme discomfort in an individual's life.

Despite the differences in symptoms, apart from a patient's words three signs you can look for to understand how the patient may feel about their illnesses is to observe irregular characteristics on the patient's skin such as paleness or redness (may indicate fever or nutrient deficiency) , a dejected appearance (indicating weakness, lack of energy) and movement difficulties (which may indicate pain, paralysis, etc).

I would look for

 1. Signs of respiratory distress or irregular sounds coming from the respiratory system (coughing, sneezing, wheezing, etc)
 2. Skin color, redness or other clue on the surface of the patient's skin.
 3. Signs of dizziness, lack of awareness, drowsiness, and the general way the patient appears. Do they appear sick, do they appear depressed, anxious, etc.

Hope this helps!
