I mean, find what you want to work on when feeling mentally unstable. I guess just make a goal to what you want to achieve when doing this.
Correct me if i’m wrong, but i believe it’s a: 2000 ml. Since the baby needs 100 ml of fluid per kg, that would mean multiplying 10 by 100 (1000 ml). That’s over 24 hours. You just double it, which turns out to be 2000 ml. Hope this helps!
