Answer:

The human capital can be defined as a productivity factor which depends on quality, education, grade of the people involved in a production process.

So, in this case, two ways to boost your personal human capital must be related to things that makes you more productive.

One way is getting more education, this represents a personal growth and development because it will make you more specialized, more professional and also more productive.

Another way is getting more experience, there's no doubt that experience is key to be productive, because productivity is not only about quantity, but it's about quality, you can produce a lot, however, if you don't offer quality results, your "high" productivity is worthless.

Therefore, two ways to boost your personal human capital is education and experience.

Answer: (a).

Annexure: Since a part of the information was found missing in the question, a similar question has been provided as an attachment for reference.

If the interest rate falls with other things remaining constant, a firm would like to raise more money via debt instruments.

This will lead to an increase in the quantity of loanable funds demanded.

This would further lead to increase in the level of invested funds by the public as it would get cheaper for the corporates to avail loans.
