Answer: Managerial contingency outlines plans and steps to take in the event of management or system failure, while task contingency outlines the plans and steps to taken in the event of task failure.

Explanation: From the definition of contingency, we know that it translates to something that may or may not happen, and how to prepare in the event that one occurrence or another takes place.

Therefore we will define Managerial contingency as the preparedness for the outcome of having a managerial problem or system failure. Hence, knowing this could happen will lead to being prepared for any possible outcome.

Task contingency on the other hand takes into consideration the fact that a particular task might go awry, and this will lead to the preparedness regarding any possible outcome. This means that there are steps outlined to be taken in the event of the failure of a task.

Therefore, the difference between Managerial contingency and task contingency is that while managerial contingency outlines the plans and steps to be taken in the event of the failure of the management or system, task contingency outlines the plans and steps to take in the event of the failure of a particular task or tasks.

Answer: Managerial Contingency leads to preparedness in the case of a disaster, emergency, or system failure while a task contingency is a task that is carried out in the event of failure of another task.

Explanation:

Managerial Contingency leads to preparedness in the case of a disaster, emergency, or system failure. Managerial contingency uses risk assessment and its aim is to identify threats and vulnerabilities and implement countermeasures to avoid an incident or curtail its impact in case it happens. Planning for disaster recovery and operational continuity and are vital components of managerial contingency.

For task contingency, it has to do with a task to be accomplished in the event of another task when the other task cannot be completed successfully. Every task has at most one, specific and unique contingency that is pre-planned. A task contingency then has its own contingency to be done in the event of failure.

Likurg_2 [28]

Answer:

To determine proper allocation of resources since the business is relatively new.

Explanation:

Remember, by using the monthly forcasting method in the first year of operations, it allows for total monthly expenses to be weighed against the total monthly revenue.

However, after gathering some experience from the first year's operations, using the quarterly method would allow for easy comparism of the performance of preceding years. ,

myrzilka [38]

I'm pretty sure it's 76 because 40% has to be turned into a decimal which is 0.4 and then you multiply that by 190 and you get 76

Rocky Guide Service provides guided 1–5 day hiking tours throughout the Rocky Mountains. Wilderness Tours hires Rocky to lead
o-na [289]

Answer:

Please find the complete question in the attached file.

Explanation:

Rocky believed there would be a 30\% possibility of a July bonus for touring, i.e < 50\%, from July 1-July 15 (10 days)-. Therefore no bonus can be calculated as \$2,400 / day trip \times 10 days =\$2,400 throughout this duration.

The expected 15-day revenues from 16th July – 31st July may well be calculated as \$2,400 \times 15 \ days = \$36.000. Rocky calculated that it would get the bonus 80\% of the time. Estimates a \$240/day\ bonus \times (10\ days + 15\ days) = \$6,000
