Answer and explanation;

-Maturation in the form of synaptic pruning, or remodeling, is a spontaneous process. In addition, the brain develops in large part due to the unique experience of each child because synapses that are used more frequently tend to be retained, and those that are not are lost.

-Middle age is the period between early childhood and early adolescence, approximately from ages 6 to 11. Synaptic pruning is a natural process that occurs in the brain between early childhood and adulthood. During synaptic pruning, the brain eliminates extra synapses. Synapses are brain structures that allows the neurons to transmit an electrical or chemical signal to another neuron.

When compared to normal non-autistic controls, those with autism spectrum disorder have been found to have smaller minicolumns i
MaRussiya [10]

Analysis has resolute that minicolumns in the brains of autistic individuals tend to be smaller in size although with the same total number of cells per column. Autistic brains be likely to be larger than average, the effects specify that autistic also have a developed number of mini columns. The neurons in these individual mini columns tends to be reduces in size. Smaller mini columns would skew data processing in service of signal and possibly enhancing the capability to practice stimuli that require discrimination but also potentially at the expense of generalizing the silence of a particular stimulus. Reduced and tightly packed mini columns could also allow for more complex information processing.

1. Why does the angle of the sun at noon seem to change at different months throughout the year?
jolli1 [7]

Answer:

1. The earth orbit is slightly elliptical, and the earth axis is tilted by roughly 23.5° to the orbit. These to factors combine to make the an analemma. But in the winter, When the Earth is on the other side of orbit, the Earth's north pole is tipped away from the Sun, so at noon the sun doesn't get as high.

2. The earth's spin axis is tilted with respect to it's orbital planet. This is what causes the season. When the earth's axis points towards the sun. it is summer for that hemispheres. Midway between these two times in spring and autumn, the spin axis of earth points 90 degrees away from the Sun.

A student conducted an investigation to study phototropism in grasses. The only difference between the control group and the exp
Maurinko [17]

Answer:

Option-B

Explanation:

Phototropism refers to the movement of plants in response to light. The mechanism of phototropism involves the photoreceptors which respond to a different wavelength of light: the phytochromes to red light, cryptochromes to blue light and the phototropin to the UV light.

Plants integrate the signals obtained from these receptors and then activates the gene which will be involved in the phototropism.

The gene could be the production of the auxin hormone and the PIN proteins which helps in the distribution of the auxin in the plants. Due to the production of this hormone and its distribution in the shoot, the grass tips bend towards the light.

Thus, Option-A is correct.
