The Glorious Revolution of 1688-1689, also called Revolutioin of 1688 or Bloodless Revolution, replaced the reigning king, James II, with the joint monarchy of his protestant daughter Mary and her Dutch husband, William of Orange. It was the keystone of the Whig (those opposed to a Catholic succession) history of Britain.

One of the main effects of the Glorious revolution on the English Monarchy was the Fear of Catholic tyranny after the deposition of king James due to his policies of religious tolerance and It ended all attempts by England in the Anglo-Dutch Wars of the 17th century to subdue the Dutch Republic by military force.

Why do the signers of the Declaration proclaim that equality of all people to be "self evident" and their rights "unalienable"?
Elanso [62]

Answer: All men regardless of gender, race, ability or any other qualifier are the moral equal of every other individual. This is the first self-evident truth and the foundation of any and all independence in America.

Explanation:

According to Jefferson and other prominent thinkers of his time, such statements as “all Men are created equal” and “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights' are obviously true. Such statements do not require proof.

What kind of moral obligation (responsibility) do people have, if any, to fight injustice (unfairness) when they see it?
valentina_108 [34]
I believe people are obligated to fight injustice when they themselves are not experiencing such unfairness themselves. Think of responsibility as accountability. Recognize that bias in inherent in your brain. Recognize your privilege. The goal is to amplify one’s voice, who may not have one.
