Answer:

The correct answer choice to the question: Why is reduction the term used to describe the gain of an electron, would be: The electron acceptor´s net charge decreases.

Explanation:

In chemical reactions, especially those known as redox reactions, one substance, or molecule, in the presence of another, tends to give up an electron, donate it to another, and become oxidized. In the case of the molecule that accepts the electron we say that this molecule has become reduced  and this is because, as the accepting molecule takes in the charged electron, this one change in electron charges will upset the balance that existed before the exchange. The result is that the acceptor of the incoming electron will see a decrease in its net charge, thus becoming reduced.

Alex

Answer:

It was approaching 3 pm, and I went to the first (but probably the worst) person near me. Kaleb Danner. Kaleb is the type of kid everyone knows for good and bad reasons. He used to be a model kid, good grades, extremely polite, and always put others before himself on every occasion. Sadly, due to his parental neglect, he began to sink into the deep dark abyss of living out this "hood mentality." I still love him as a brother because of his invaluable advice of navigating almost every aspect of high school even though we were the same age.

Summary of double consciousness dubios
vlabodo [156]
Double Consciousness is a term coined by W. E. B. Du Bois to describe an individual whose identity is divided into several facets. As a theoretical tool, “double consciousness” reveals the psycho-social divisions in American society and allows for a full understanding of those divisions. Du Bois’ focus on the specificity of black experience allows for challenging injustice in national and world systems.
