Our forefathers in this country fought many battles and endured many hardships to sculpt and create their idea for the perfect country and part of their idea was for constant change and evolution. They created the voting system to make sure the country would not end up like Britain or other countries they came from. In the modern day when you go to vote they say it is the most important thing you can do for this country, you are controlling the future with your vote. So to conclude i think to have the opportunity to vote and have control over your country is huge and really important.
