A therapist at a free university clinic treats elementary school children with behavior problems who are referred by a social se

rvice agency. She is also a doctoral candidate who proposes using data she has and will collect about the children for a case-based research project. Which of the following statements about parental permission is correct? If it is the best interests of the community that the children participate in the study, parental permission is optional. The parents of the children might feel pressure to give permission to the therapist to use their children's data so that she will continue to provide services to their children. The superintendent of the school system can give permission for children to be in the study; therefore, the therapist doesn't have to ask the parents for permission. The therapist creates her clients' records; therefore, she does not need parents' permission to use the information for research purposes.

The answer is: The parents of the children might feel pressure to give permission to the therapist to use their children's data so that she will continue to provide services to their children

When humans receive a certain positive value from other persons, we tend to have the tendencies to reciprocate and conform to the request made by those other persons. We commonly refer this as the norm of reciprocity.

This is what happen to the parents on the free university clinic. The clinic has offered positive values to them in form of free treatment/medical checkup. So, when the doctor propose to use the children's data, the parents feel some sort of pressure to give permission tot he therapists.

How does food surpluses lead to labor specialization
Ostrovityanka [42]

Answer:

How does food surpluses lead to labor specialization?

Explanation:

Surplus food leads to job specialization because not every one needs to be farming. This leads to some people being able to take up other things, such as metal work. Because they are able to dedicate time to their crafts, people became good at them, and it became their job, leading to new technologies.

What is the difference between corporate farming and mixed crop farming
lidiya [134]
Mixed-crop farming is just a type of farming practice to enhance soil quality. Corporate farming is a business label attached to a farming operation as a whole, no matter if it's to the name of a farming operation owned by a family, (which makes up 98% of all such enterprises), or by a group of shareholders. It should come to no surprise that such farming operations practice mixed-crop farming just as often as those farms not labelled as corporations.

hope it helps

can someone tell me the political, social, religious, intellectual, or economic aspects of medieval Japanese society ???
snow_lady [41]
Since the question states that you need only one explained, the religion is the simplest because everything then was about Buddhism. It reached all levels of society and was widely practiced by many people, even described or seen thoroughly in works of literature or art.
