In the Florida constitution there are no state income taxes. Where as we (being in the united states constitution) Have to pay income taxes. The Florida constitution states that its citizens do not have to pay sales tax. Where as being citizens of the united states constitution we have to pay them. The Florida constitution was edited in 1968. Where as the last time the united states constitution was edited was 1992.
