From the above foods; oil, bread, steak, chicken, butter and pretzel, only 2 contain lots of carbohydrates. Colour the bread and the pretzel.

I believe it’s bread butter and the pretzel but there are other forms like grains Fruits veggies and starchy veggies like potatoes and corn
