For example if you can pull 50 kg weight that would be your local muscle strength and if u can pull it 20 times that would be your local muscle endurance.

While performing the the intensity of resistance exercise during assessment if you pull the 50 kg weight less than 5 times it would be considered as local muscular strength and if you pull it greater than 15 times it would be considered as local muscular endurance.
