Local muscular strength and local muscular endurance are two important qualities of muscle functioning. The maximum weight a muscle can lift is indicated by Local muscular strength while the number of repetitions of particular task a muscle can perform without being exhausted is indicated by local muscular endurance. These both tasks are frequently used in our daily life
For example if you can pull 50 kg weight that would be your local muscle strength and if u can pull it 20 times that would be your local muscle endurance.
While performing the the intensity of resistance exercise during assessment if you pull the 50 kg weight less than 5 times it would be considered as local muscular strength and if you pull it greater than 15 times it would be considered as local muscular endurance.
