You have a bucket, which is 1 gallon big.
So, to mix cleaner and water, you have to divide the bucket´s capacity into 4.
In this case, it´s 1 quart of the cleaner, as 1 gallon is 4 quarts. 4 quarts/ 4 quarts = 1 quart.
